1. Information we collect

To create your session and deliver your orders, we collect:

• Mobile phone number — you enter it to receive a one-time password (OTP) by WhatsApp. It identifies your account and lets our driver call you.
• Name — you may enter it so the driver knows who to ask for. It is optional and you can edit it at any time.
• Delivery address — the address you provide so we can deliver your order.
• Order history — the products, quantities and amounts of the orders you place through the app.

We do NOT collect: your email address, your contacts, your photo library, your precise location, your device advertising identifier, or any data used to track you across other companies’ apps and websites.

2. How we use it

Only to operate the shop: verify it is you, show your orders, deliver to your address, and contact you about a delivery. We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising.

3. Who processes it

• Our own server (aljasaraonline.qa) stores your session and order history.
• LM Digital Services delivers the WhatsApp OTP message. It receives your phone number and the one-time code for that purpose only.
• Apple and Google do not receive your personal data from us; they only distribute the app.

4. How long we keep it

Order history is kept as long as required for accounting and warranty purposes under Qatari law. Your phone number and address stay until you ask us to delete them.

5. Security

Your session is stored in the device’s secure keystore, not in plain storage. All traffic between the app and our server uses HTTPS.

6. Your rights

Write to us to see, correct or delete the data we hold about you. We will action the request within 30 days.

7. Children

The app is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data.

8. Changes

We will update the “last updated” date above if this policy changes.
